convenient, and SECURE.

RETURN
/ REFUND POLICY
M2 Tuning can be process returns and refunds only
for items purchased from www.m2tuning.com
- Return for exchange or refund
will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from
the date of receipt of merchandise with no exception.
- ALL AUTHORIZED RETURN MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED
AND IN ITS ORIGINAL SALEABLE PACKAGE.
- No return or exchange on merchandise
that shows signs of having been installed, mounted,
scratched or defaced will be allowed.
- Returns must be sent freight
prepaid and insured by you; original shipping
and handling charges are not refundable.
- 20% restocking fee will be assessed
on all authorized returns.
- No cancellations, refunds, or
exchanges on special order items or custom order
items will be allowed.
- Defective or Damaged items can
be exchange; make sure check the box conidtion
with the driver before signing the package.
Returning items purchaed from authorized M2 Tuning
dealers: www.m2tuning.com can not accept returns
of items purchased from authorized m2tuning dealers.
Instead, customer must contact the authorized M2tuning
dealer from which you purchased the item to determine
the dealer's return policy (which might be different
than www.m2tuning.com)
